Cross Country Spikes
Cross country spikes are a type of footwear designed for outdoor activities and offer an added degree of traction for sports that involve running, throwing or jumping. These spike running shoes tend to feature between three and eleven spikes, positioned on the soles, and have been designed to fit snuggly, with the longest toe pressing on the forward-most spike. The spikes themselves range in size from 3mm to 15 mm, with a 9mm spike being the most common and diverse length.
